Phone recording collectables 129/130 bug?

Hey all,

129/130 Found hovered over map every single corner but seem to be missing one. Is there any bug at the moment cant seem to find anything on google either.

I picked one up today... there were 2 in an alley close to each other the second one didn't play a messege or count towards my collection... wonder if this is the broken one?

Have you completed all the side mission for each disctrict and have the Canine unit upgrade at your base? As this will result in all those little markers being revealed on your main map.

Welp lets hope that isnt the case and if it is lets hope they fix it soon.

This happened to me. Some of the material gathering locations hide the calls. Go in to the map and switch everything to "Intel" then have a look around and you should see it.

It might be inside the "tools" gathering location in the bottom right hand corner of the map or it might be somewhere in times square (My 'lost' one was in times square, in a fabric place I think, can't remmeber for sure)

Now i was able to find my last Drone, Phone recording and Survival guide!
At least unfortunately 2 Echos are still broken and i can't collect them
