Stat screen bug or am I missing something?

I have been confused on the inventory stat screen the whole time I have been playing, It seems like its all over the place claiming I have X amount of one stat one second then a diffrent amount another when nothing changes.

This is two pictures of my current inventory keep in mind I am changing no gear or anything the only thing thats happening is my mouse is hovering over my weapons or gear side of the screen.

Now I figured ok well I will go into the character screen and see what my total of the stat really is however that shows another diffrent number so I have no clue what my DPS, HP, Or tech is currently.

So how do I figure out what my stats really are?

i logged with 10k dps on a weapon and armor etc.. showing correctly as it relates to the total when added up from items..

log back on.. the weapon that was 10.1k dps is now 9.38k dps.. firearm is lower.. armor is a few points less than the total amount of armor when you add it up off items.. where before it was exact..

i haven't changed anything.. nor have i looked at all the stats.. but i'm guessing this bug takes issue with more then a few..

is this just a display issue? is there a fix? did my character become weaker? am i going to be weaker then other people if they had the same stuff as me and same level? just wondering what the deal is with this bug..

display issue? or did my stats as it relates to gameplay and damage done on enemies etc.. Did it actually just randomly change? Do i have to start another character? and won't this just happen again?
