Stats not updating on equip

Hey, I´m wondering if anyone else has the same problem. Once I equip a new piece of gear which will increase one of the primairy stats e.g. health, sometimes it wont update the stat. It will stay it´s previous amount even though the new item should increase it.

Is this caused due to server lag or is it a genuine bug?

been having that issue for a day now and dont know wtf is going on with it...been looking all over the internet

Only way i was able to semi fix this issue is just to relog in the game.

Hmm yeah relogging seemed to fix it just for a minute, but its back to doing it again. Cant figure out whats triggering the glitch

Yep. If I switch mods in my gear the stats stay the same.

Just restarted the game, and it was fine for just a second, when i equipped a different piece of armor it glitched out again, ♥♥♥♥ is pissing me off.
