What you guys think; buy or craft?

I wonder which one should be preferred. I myself found out that vendors always sell bit higher dmg weapons than I can craft.

I personally just craft, or use what I find in Hardmode runs. I use my credits for more costumes!

Crafting becomes a much better source of weapons later on, especially when you can reroll stats on them. Stick with it and dont forget to upgrade the green components into the higher tiers. Takes a while to unlock the blueprints but crafting weapons and gear is totally worth it, has been for me anyway.

Wow an actual game question! I don't have a definitive answer yet. However it appears my crafting is lagging a bit from my leveling, so I am starting to lean towards buy.

I sell to buy weapons.. craft gear when possible, and use the tech bench to retool gear to what stats I want.

If I can craft something stronger than what I have then I do. If not I'll either find something stronger or buy it.

Well to me it seems that crafting weaponmods is much more effective than buying ones. Still buying weapons brings me better weapons than crafting.

I'm level 20 at the moment.

So I guess using the loot and buying stuff is better in early game, but I clearly see a change in this more you level up.

Due to the worst bug in the game, I can`t chose between items. The bug is so bad, I lose stats when I change equip. I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible. It is ♥♥♥♥ to have like half the stats of other people with similar equip. Makes it too hard...

I always check first. If I've new, strong blueprints, I craft. If the shops have better items for sale, I sell.

I wont go into the Darkzone anymore......Just get ganked and robbed left and right.....So I will craft and see whjat I can do from there...was there for about an hour......that is as much as I could endure.
