Im honestly suprised I got the game to even work.
Weird, something must be up then. Thank you for the reply. Nice to know it's not just me.
The game finally loaded the level and there are huge graphical issues as well as the slow 5-6 FPS:

have you tried to download the updated drivers from nvidia.
make sure your game is actually running on the nvidia Gpu and not the onboard ..
Yeah using the latest Nvidia Drivers as of this post (361.91). Also forcing the game in the Nvidia Control Panel to use the Nvidia GPU.

More specifically:
I could not find RequireSignedAppInit_DLL but changed "LoadAppInitDLLs" from 1 to 0 after seeing another person trying that. Now the The Division is running great! :)
So even though I was forcing The Division to use the Nvidia GPU in the Control Panel, I guess it wasn't changing anything.
good to here.. must be an nvidia driver issue not setting the nvidia GPU to be forced to run in the Nvidia panel
No you cant. Your gpu (gt730) is not even close to the minimum.
GTX 980 Ti
24 GB RAM
Installed on an SSD (up to 550 r/w)
I can barely run the damn thing at 1080p. Turning off the shadows helped, but something feels off about it all, like.... It feels like I'm playing at 1280x720.
