Clothing Locations?
Anyone know of a map for locations of clothing, or some way of farming them quickly?

Clothing or fabric?
Because you don't farm clothing. They are random drops.

I think he is talking about dressers and closets which usually have clothing.

There's places you can find clothing in wardrobes and drawers. I want to know all the locations of these to find them easier, that way I can go to each and loot them, then make another character and loot them again.

Oh those. They actually only drop the same item.

I had white sneakers in the beta, and would really like to get those again honestly.

I've received many different appearance items from farming dressers, so you clearly don't know what you're talking about. Do you even own the game?

Can they be looted more than once? Or are they like the crates in PVE (One time open only). In PVP the crates "restock" at least the gun ones.

I've most often found them in multi-level apartments in contaminated areas. Usually in where you go to perform the virus research scans.

Oh that's cool. Because I've been play with my friend and I've unable to pickup/open the closets.

Yes. I DID in deed look at the date that this topic was last talked about. This is for anyone new that is seearching for an answer to this, since this thread pops up on the first page of a google search.

Clothing that can be found in drawers and closets do respawn. It appears that they respawn every six hours. There are three locations that have six containers each. And one that has one or two. Starting from the BoO (Base of Operations), head south by the tool containers (red tool boxes in the small car park just south of the BoO). The first location is easily spotted from the main road, as it is a contaminated site. The entrance is located in the alley between 23rd and 24th St. Careful in this area, as the named elite, Five-0, protects this alley (he also respawns every six hours). And Fray wanders in the courtyard across the street to the north. The next location is just a block south on 22nd. There are four containers in the street and the last two are inside the apts with the open doors near by. The third location is on 47th St and 8th Ave, between Wolves Den and Autumns Hope (the two safe houses in the north west part of the map). This is easy to spot on the map, as it is another contamination zone. The entrance in located in the alley. And, there are six containers in this location. The last one, I kinda forgot about. But, it is just north-west of the last one, between two tool parts container locations. This one only has one or two containers in it. I believe the entrance is through a window in the alley. And don't forget that the Supply Line upgrade in the BoO sells clothing as well as skins for your weapons. Prices vary. Mine started at around $8k and jumped up to $18k. And sometimes the vendor doesn't have any clothes. My guess is that if nothing appears, than you already have what they were going to sell. And finally, don't waste your money (Pheonix coins?) on the weapon skins downstairs, as the Supply Line sells the same weapon skins (at least it appears that way). Enjoy!

Anyone new that happens upon this thread. I have added a walkthrough guide to the Steam Guide section. It explains all of the different ways to obtain clothing/apparel. And basically gives you some good locations that you can farm that are in the easier sections of the city (Nothing East of 7th Ave.). This guide is only for the random clothing/apparel that drops. It doesn't cover the DLC, special gear or gear that drops from completing missions/challenges/commendations.
first of all (if it is a guide and not imagination) correct your crаp about Premium Vendor. all stuff that he has, is for real money = microtransactions. + create a subparagraph about Cypher keys and keys fragments. how they could be collected. official site and google are your friends. the rest of the narrative is too far from objectivity, but it will be a good soap opera for freshbrains, as stimul to learn LZ zone for survival blind orientation.

O.K. My guide is not about the premium vendor. It is specifically about the containers locations outside the BoO. I explain that in the guide. I also mention that some items are only obtainable through missions/GE/DLC. There is no need to include anything about the mtx's.as it has nothing to do with the guide. It's all about the apparel that normally drops that you don't have to pay for. The only mention of the premium vendor is to not waste your money on it because you can get the same stuff (clothing/apparel) elsewhere for free.

Oh, and the guide is up and available for viewing as of now. And if I see a need to edit it, I will. Go view it and comment there if there's a need for it afterwards. Constructive ctitism is welcome.

you not even listen, cypher keys is the only way to get Premium stuff for free. you not describe method how and where collect fragments for this keys. so i see one simple thing, you too lazy just to find out how and what it is for yourself, and not even for other people. nice blind egocentrism. on this dialog is over, have a good time.

I listened. I edited the guide to reflect this. The guide is not about how to get in-game currency. It's about how to acquire clothing/apparel for free, with very little effort. I just added in a section about how to obtain both Premium Credits and Cypher keys (since you mentioned it). As my guide IS about how to obtain clothing/apparel or free, I listened to your critism and added in both of those methods under the Premium Vender section. I was working off no sleep, having been up for 26 hours already. And, I simply forgot about cypher keys, as I don't come across them too often. As for the Premium credits, I was trying to avoid mentioning mtxs, since I don't agree with them in their current state of affairs. They are both in there now. I also have a disclaimer stating that I have very little experience in the game. So, some things I don't know yet. If there's anything else that you think I should add, let me know. The link to the guide is below (sorry for not including it before).

EDITED: I also noted that some clothing/apparel can only be obtained from the Prmium Vendor. Like the Alpha Bridge, Deadeye and Striker apparel Not the gear sets that give you bonuses. Unless I'm wrong about that. I did look it up, and only found those sets obtainable through the PV. Thank you for pointing out some of the things I missed.
