Have you tried:
toggling the state of the Uplay Overlay?
starting the game from Uplay rather than steam?
making a new character to see if it shows up?
Forwarding the Uplay Client specific ports on your router? TCP: 80, 443, 14000, 14008, 14020, 14021, 14022, 14023 and 14024
Forwarding the ports for the game client itself? UDP: 33000 to 33499
TCP: 27015, 51000, 55000 to 55999, 56000 to 56999
Just some ideas to try whie you wait for Ubi to not be helpful some more. :p
eh, they mean well, most of the time.
you cant remove keys , once activated on a account there nothing you can about the key , so u full of ♥♥♥♥ and that u dont have the outfits it probably your own fault
