Missing Paid DLC, Ubisoft arn't interested.
Almost 2 weeks ago now i bought the paid DLCs for the division. - Military Speciailist + Marines.
After activating them on Steam, uPlay and checking the ingame store each one says that these items are owned and activated. So i go to check the rewards vendor and theres nothing, so i thought ok ill give it a few days as the rewards vendor at the moment is buggy with the pre order dlc and what not as many people have had to wait a while for those to appear. 2 days go by and nothing, 4 days and i think ok this is stupid so i post a ticket on ubisoft support and get told to get 'check the rewards vendor' So i reply saying its not there and its active everywhere just the rewards vendor does not have it. No reply since.
So then i take to twitter to start trying to get some attention for this issue that way, takes a while but i get some reponse saying....'Have you tried checking the rewards vendor?' After i posted 2 pictures of the rewards vendor not having my items. I then have to spam again to get an reponse in which they tell me to DM them my ticket number and they will help me further.
That was about 4 days ago and i have heard nothing on Twitter nor Ubisoft Support, ive tried to get in contact again and nothing. At this point i dont really care for the outfits its the fact that they have taken almost £10 from me and i have gotten nothing. Theft? Scam? Whatever you want to call it, it is not right.

If anyone can help me, or wants proof that im not stupid i will be happy to show pictures or even take screenshots. I'll most likely make a video tomorrow more about the issue. As far as i know im the only one that has this which makes it more annoying. :steamsalty:

Your ignorant comments are truly unnecessary and unhelpful. As I stated before, it is an issue on Ubisoft's end, not his. I went through this same process. They told me they were working on it, but apparently still have not fixed it. It's not that he is doing something wrong, so calling him an idiot isn't needed.

On the DLC. I didn't refund the game. I bugged the crap out of Ubisoft until they refunded me my costume DLC. I wasn't paying money for something I couldn't use. The game works fine, no need for a refund on that.

Basically. I gave up days ago. Was just trying to let the OP know that it isn't just him, there are plenty of others. But mostly that support is useless. Ubi always has been.

lol @ the replies.

Have you tried:

toggling the state of the Uplay Overlay?

starting the game from Uplay rather than steam?

making a new character to see if it shows up?

Forwarding the Uplay Client specific ports on your router? TCP: 80, 443, 14000, 14008, 14020, 14021, 14022, 14023 and 14024

Forwarding the ports for the game client itself? UDP: 33000 to 33499
TCP: 27015, 51000, 55000 to 55999, 56000 to 56999

Just some ideas to try whie you wait for Ubi to not be helpful some more. :p

Not sure about OP, but I did the first three with no luck. Didn't think of port forwarding though. Unfortunately I can no longer test it, but he can. Hopefully something out of the box works haha. At least someone has some new ideas.

I didn't get most my rewards til 3 days later. I also am missing some items still. Consider there are multiple posts about this issue, i don't know why the twelve year olds need to post troll comments.

You have to go to the UBISOFT store and claim them, then they go to the rewards vendor. I have all items I was promised.

I have activated the key on everything, it says it activated everywhere. Everything is done how it needs to be aside from the rewards vendor who doesn't have these. The ingame store even says owned next to both packs. Evidently the steam community can't read. I'll have a video up in either today or tomorrow about this. Going to the community for help was a bad idea apparently. P.S saying it works for you isn't helpful.

In your Steam library there is a check mark next to the DLC. You click it, it changes from installed to uninstall. Simple. And I meant the keys as the same thing. Removing the DLC removes the key as well. Should have just said one, but you get the point. I walked through the steps with support.


you cant remove keys , once activated on a account there nothing you can about the key , so u full of ♥♥♥♥ and that u dont have the outfits it probably your own fault
