I Bought the Season Pass - Received literally nothing.
So I spent $40 on a season pass for this game and I have nothing to show for it.
No skins, no outfits, no shotgun.....?

Would like to know where my stuff is, anyone else have this issue?

If you had done a quick search you'd know. Rewards => Rewards vendor in the base of operations.

om these freaks... i'm ashamed and disgusted people like this evne manage to turn on a PC let alone game on one ffs... firsty sign of a problem fu rage post on forums instead of use a singular brain cell to ask google or even play the game for 10 min.

Ahem, sorry to disappoint you bad trolls, but I've played for around 20 hours, I'm aware of the rewards vendor and I don't have what I paid for. I also did an extensive search and found no answers, only posts with other users claiming to not receive anything. Almost everything is through reddit as well, which has PC/XB1/P4 all commenting on one thread so it was fun sifting through 3 different systems issues.

Now, ♥♥♥♥ off.

Yes it is at the rewards vendor, the SWAT clothes police and the shotgun.

I am with you on that ... I own the Season Pass, and the Rewards Vendor at the Base does not have what I paid for ... I have submitted a ticket to Ubisoft about this issue, and I suggest you to do the same.

Did u purchase Gold Edition or you purchased Season Pass later after game release?
If the later option is what u did and u did it through Steam, verify game cache. Then when done, click CD-KEY, there is a seperate Key for Season Pass, then copy-to-clipboard > activate in your Uplay.

Well TBH the season pass is for the 3 expansions... and fyi the shotgun is like lvl 5, the outfits all look crap... i use the siege outfit from rainbow 6 siege. if you played 20 hours then the shotgun is now useless and was crap anyway.

It's like how most games try to sell preorders to games to give outfits and missions etc like mass effect, turns out after 10 min of gameplay you replace the crappy weapons anyway so you preordered and payed double for 10 mins of a wep at lvl 5.

As with Steam, often times Season Passes and/or extra addon DLCs are considered a toggle-able item to your game. So regardless of the base game files all including those extras or not, if Steam version then u must tick the box in DLC to ensure it gets applied as "installed" ~ and to avoid issues after making DLC purchases after you already have the base game installed; tick these install boxes; then verify game cache.

To help ensure this is not a character glitch after having done the above; try starting a new character as a test. When u start a new character after all these are applied to your account now; new character should at game start have all the clothing from your other character; as these are account-wide-items. However you just will not have anything extra that is an extra Weapon/GearSet item (like DLC based gun or backpack) as those are only gained via Rewards Vendor after you leave Brooklyn with Fay on the Helo; and secure Base Of Ops.

For some reason, whenever u already have a character, any newly added or purchased DLC stuff u get ALL from Rewards Vendor. Where as starting a new character, the character by default will have all clothing items on them already, including DLC stuff.

Hey man I understand your mad and all but people were mostly just trying to help you.

Now to get to your issue at hand.

Did you buy the season pass on steam?

If so did you active it on Uplay? because you need to if you didn't this should fix your issue.

With that said if you already did that you need to open a ticket on Uplay not stream.

Actually, I had contacted Ubisoft support regarding this. I had also preordered the gold edition (so the 'exclusive' content and the season pass). I have the shotgun, the hazmat stuff, national guard and the law enforcement pack (not the Police one). Nothing else.

Contacted support and according to their difficult response (because they seriously have a hard time responding in a timely manner and reading what you've actually asked) the only SP content currently available for us is:
Saw-Off Shotgun
Law Enforcement Pack

Nothing else. None of the additional packs like firefighter, Police, Hunter etc.. alongside weapons/skins you currently see advertised. They'll just be coming later, but we just can't access them now. However, seems like the guys who had Agent Origins codes can, which makes no sense at all considering we paid for our content.

Also, regarding CD keys, I only have one CD key on show when I go to that section and that's for the gold edition. I can only assume the preorder gold edition CD key also covers the SP.

I bought the season pass for a friend, and he accepted it. Turns out he has the game on Uplay, and is unable to find the CD Key for the season pass when he doesn't own the steam version of the main game.

Any idea on how he can transfer the season pass to Uplay when he doesn't own the main game on steam?

Why did you bump a thread that was over 8 months old? Create a new one.

Having said that: create a ticket to get a refund with Steam.
