I have The Division but not in my library.

I try to download it but on uplay it automatically opens the store page of "The Division" on steam.
Can i download it from Uplay and play it there?

Did you buy it from steam or uplay? U can add the game as a non-steam game if you bought it from uplay.

Contacted them, still no reply. Im even trying to contact Uplay support rn. Sent them a ticket already both of them...

You can delete/remove a game on steam and it will be gone forever.

Uplay isn't going to help you because you bought the game on Steam...

In the Steam ticket you need to show proof that you actually bought the game; such as a recipt

Did you trade for it? If you did the guy scammed you, used a fraudulent method to buy the game and steam revoked it and if you received the game as a gift there's nothing steam can do and that means you lost your game and money.
