Uplay Login
I've been trying to play Division 1 since April. First I couldnt create an account, and now I cannot connect to uplay. It says the connection is lost and try again or go offline, but I cannot go offline because I cannot sign in my first time. Has anyone else dealt with this lately? And UbisoftSupport is trash. I have gotten nothing but automated messages.

That Uplay launcher is obsolete now. You need to uninstall & delete the Uplay exe, and download the Ubisoft Connect launcher from the Ubisoft Connect: Explore web page.

Install that Ubisoft Connect launcher, and the game should launch and run without any connection issues.

Thank you, just had same issue but this method worked.

I have tried everything and the Division keeps crashing during start up. Checked file integrity, disabled synchronisation, launched via Steam, Ubisoft connect etc etc. Nothing works, Seems to have coinincided with Steam's new layout. Anyone have any ideas?

Try deleting uninstall and be sure to delete Uplay exe file. Download and install Ubisoft connect launcher and it should work.

Steam still seems to be installing a uplay version, which is completely broken.
