can Dmg To Elite mod be farm?

i do know that u can buy them but that just random on top of waiting. so my question is that are there anyway good way to farm purple gear?

Dmg to elite only trigger on Yellow bar enemies and named bosses.
If you are farming purple gear you should go for Destructive or crit chance/damage (or other gear skill combo's).
Hard mode is 90% purple enemies and 10% yellow enemies/named bosses. So dmg to elite isn't effective at this point. challenge mode is 100% elite and named bossed.

The purple mods only drop from enemies prior to lv 30 and WT5, so there's no way to farm them after that.

Your best option will be to check each of the NPC vendors in every Safe House every week (the items from the vendors reset every Friday at 4:00 pm/5:00 pm PST) since quite often, they sell the 3% and 4% DTE mods rolled for Firearms, Stamina & Electronics.

These mods are a must have for most Firearms/Stamina PvE builds when dealing with WT5 Challenging, Legendary & Heroic content.

Check the vendors, and I'm pretty sure that you will find them eventually. There was a website that showed the items that each vendor was selling each week, but don't know if it's still active or if there are any other similar sites where you can check the items.
