where do i refine green parts to blue?

as the title states , having no problem craft from blue to yellow but i cant find any options for grenn - blue . i thought i might be a good idea to upgrade before tommorow

The blue ones are refined from green.

Deconstruct them, hold X on the item you want and it should be "refined" into either weapon parts, electronics, fabric or tools depending on the item you deconstruct.

head over to the crafting station and look up on the parts section

It's under the options for blue to gold.

i only see the option to upgrade from blue too yellow (materials at the crafting stations)
i have something like a 1000 green material parts i would like to upgrade too blue

Yeah its all under, scroll down.

Blue icon is green->blue
Yellow icon is blue->yellow.

Click something on the right hand side of the craft screen so its highlighted then scroll down, it won't let you scroll unless you select something on that side of the menu.
