I think Fierce has an elec requirement on the gun.
Mod slots are worth more than stats on every piece of gear.
Why are you taking rifle on gloves?
If you are neglecting skill power, why take the 13% bonus?
No on rof over %dmg on mag with that gun.
Where did you pull 200k-300k dps from? Like you just guessed? Or do you have real numbers?
I still have no issue killing stuff because I have played shooters and RPGs for 25 years.
1-Not according to the wiki-
2-some armor on here has default mod slots high end they just aren't shown.
3-The SRS is a marksman rifle.
4-there were 4-5 options and it was the only feesable one in my opinion.
5-ROF is the time between shots on a bolt action- you can really see the diffrence using rof over dmg on a bolt action its like night and day with high end mods.
6-toss rof and accuracy on any weapon that does 10+k dmg with 3100+ firearms and you will be in the 200's
Yeah i been gaming 3 decades too :) my current build is lmg/ar DPS/tank - I am switching over to this though, Currently I am 120k dps lmg/ 160k dps AR with 80k hp and 60% dmg mitigation 12 % heal on kill.
I just wanna be able to rip though challenge mode with pug groups and know I can handle it alone when I get troll/idiots.
2. My point on mod slots is that a 3 slot chest is superior to anything else. A holster with 2 stats in stam/fire with another mod slot is superior, etc etc on mods
3. Why wast a rifle dmg on gloves? You literally break out that bad boy MAYBE once in a challenge mode...maybe once. The +30%+ Crit damage on gloves is FAR superior.

5. Rate of Fire on an SMG or that sniper is garbage. You wan't more dmg, not reload more. You want the increased weapon dmg, not even close...for BOTH weaps
6. 200k and 300k are kind of a ways from each other....the rof is absolute garbage on an SMG and only paper dmg. I want my 40 clip to kill in that clip, not shoot faster and have to reload it. The %dmg increase on the clip is way better.
Interesting, my gloves have +25% pistol headshot damage, which is good, because I use my handgun a lot, probably get 30% of my kills or better with it. Always loved pistols in games.
For the bolt action sniper, I love the feel of it, so I use one. Not worried about what anyone else uses, I like shotguns and bolt action snipers in this game. Gotta use what you like. I personally don't care for SMGs, just not my thing. Haven't had an issue killing people in the DZ with my 1911 either, though it takes about 10 headshots. Fun to rogue hunt with it.
I pretty much use my bolt action on challenge modes pretty continuously and haven't had a problem with it yet.
Guess it goes to show that you got to build your stuff around your playstyle. I fight at all ranges with a sniper rifle, even point blank at times. Done that in most games as well.
One major problem I'm seeing here is that you're using an SRS. Even for a bolt-action Marksman Rifle(which are inferior to semi-auto ones) it's damage is low compared to an M44. The single best Marksman Rifle you can use is a First Wave or Socom M1A with balanced talent. Even a superior version of one is better than any HE non M1A rifle. It has about 1/4 the rate of fire with barely any more damage and has access to the same talents. Other semi-auto Marksman Rifles are no better either with having around half the damage of an M1A with the same rate of fire and only surpassing them on magazine size which doesn't even come close to making up for the stat difference.
Current stats are 3400 firearms, 2400 stam and 1000 electronics. (still converting)
Critical is at about 58% on vector and 40% on AR.
Still getting stronger- May bring electrical up to 1500 and go balanced for talents but its hard giving up dps..
