What happened to Aaron Keener?
Assuming that the one behind the virus is already dead (Gordon Amherst), Aaron is now like the ultimate boss/villian of this game! Man I like this guy! A Badass rogue!

On the other hand, they should update the news that the radio guy is talking about in the next patch... Damn I already heard them like million times.

"Plausible deniability folks, Plausible F**KIN deniability!"

Listen to what Fey says when you start Falcon Lost. "Mean while I"m going to try to figure what happend to the president. I don't think the out side world is doing to well either." I got a big feeling we will find out more and more as the rest of the DLC comes out. I bet NYC wasn't the only city hit or there was more. Wouldn't a good way to take down the US is to crash the market and tie up it's resources?

You don't have to bet, it is stated multiple times in the game that NYC was just ground zero but not the only city or part of the world affected by the virus spread; Easiest and quickest to check source is that radio guy with the Pirate Radio Podcast. There's an instance where he mentions the problem also affecting other cities like Chicago, Boston, Washington DC (one of the clues that ties directly to what Fay says about the missing president), etc
He's probably still out there, somewhere.
Most likely plotting to get rid of us Agents that refuse to go rogue.
I have this scenario in my head that when you encounter him, you have a fist fight which ends with your character throwing him inside a chamber where he's storing the Green Poison and sealing him inside.
Aaron would at that point, after realizing where he is, first start demanding before begging for you to release him, saying that your duty as a Division Agent is to bring him to justice which means taking him in alive, but then Faye chimes in and tells you that he's way too dangerous and needs to be eliminated like all the leaders of the Rikers, Cleaners and LMB you've killed.
You then flip a switch and the containers inside the chamber hiss as they open up and release the Green Poison, prompting Aaron to panic and start banging on the windows as you walk away, leaving him to die a slow death.
He got smallpox and died.. That or hes chasing beanies in the Dark Zone.

All you have to do is listen to the radio, that annoying dweeb on it tells you other places are in similar trouble he lists multiple american areas..

And a recording states that a guy cannot return to his wife as the place he is at is locked down and similar stuff is happening and hes in Liberia (Africa)..

before begging

He won't beg. Never. If Ubisoft makes something like that, that would make all of his backstory a bunch of lies based on hypocrisy. Did you watch the last video from the research of the virus? He doesn't give a flying fuq if he dies in the process of cleaning the world with the virus because mother nature decided him to be dead over being alive.

He's a lunatic and he wants to help nature to speed up the cleaning process she always do. He escaped, he must be out there spreading the virus in other cities. Even countries if Ubisoft is not stupid enough and lends him enough money for that project.
You got characters mixed up. The last virus report is from doctor Amherst, the person behind the appearance of the virus; He's the one all excited for mother nature stuff and getting rid of greed and corruption. Oh and he's dead by the way
Even if they didn't add Keener to any future DLC, they could use him for a sequel if they ever chose to do that. Maybe a plot where he takes the Green Virus to another big city and base another game somewhere else. Maybe somewhere where the weather is a little bit more varied.

Nope, that's a no-go. Because we know from in-game news bits that the virus has already spread across the US, if not the world. See DanteYoda's comment above.

And we have not had any actual story-expanding DLC so far, and won't get any. They pretty much abandoned the story at some point during development (when they "pivoted" to do a Destiny clone). And they won't pick it back up now. And... if they continue in a sequel, I won't be part of "The Destiny Clone Part II".
Arise necropost ARRIIISEEE
Who cares at this point what happened to him.. Massive sure don't, they are to busy spitting out PvP crap that makes zero sense and no one wants or needs and charging for over costed DLC to do anymore actual story line...
"Look, we both got ♥♥♥♥ to do right now..." so annoying. lol
Lost in an unfinished game.
