Suggestions // Feedback // Criticism
Recently, some very interesting conversations have popped up spread across all different threads with really well thought out and detailed feedback.

The team is always open to and appreciative of your feedback and we wanted to give you a place to post these ideas and bounce them around the community without risk of derailing other users threads.

Please, keep in mind, we welcome all feedback, positive and negative, but it needs to remain constructive and follow the rules and guidelines of these forums.

I recorded some gameplay while in the Underground with some friends and again we ran into an invisible wall issue.

You will notice at first the shots do not register, then it is fine. However, upon reloading, you will see barely any of my shots causing damage.

I really love playing the Division but I'm disappointed that there is no option to play this game offline. I think having an offline mode of some sort will contribute to the longevity of the game especially for those who don't have great Internet. Maybe make the PVE world, HVT and Underground stuff both online and offline and things like DZ and Incursions online only.

Match making for the weekly HVT missions would be a good feature to have .

First of all I'm happy about seeing developers share their thoughts about the game with the gamers. This is a good step for the future of The Division. My Uplay account now shows up to 500 hours of gameplay. Even after the huge cheating problems, I could still having fun playing with my friends as Rogue or innocent agent.

The biggest issue, to cut to the chase, which drove me to take the decision to leave the game, was the unbalanced and unrewarded PvE. I have beaten a lot of times incursions/underground on challenging or even on heroic, but the extremely amount of armor and firearms of NPCs combined with the nerf of the most effective weapon (G36) against them and gears sets, as Sentry's and Striker's, made the encounters with the lvl 35 enenies almost unmanageable in and outside the dark zone. Most of the times, after the recent updates, a manhunt ends with all the rogues dead not from the other players, but from the overpowered NPCs. 2 Final measure pieces does nothing against cleaners and explosions anymore. I don't like the tanky builds, but game forces me to play like this. It doesn't give me any other real choice.

So, if you ask me, priority number one must be the balancing of PvE. We need more fair fights with the NPCs. The second thing is to rise the measures against cheaters. The state of game is now better in comparison with the launch period, when you could see bullets to find you from walls and players teleporting inside dark zone, but the situation is still far from perfect.

The Division has a lot of potential. None can deny that, but the problems are killing it every day that passes. Nevertheless I still have faith on it. Do your best. Make me to join the game again.

Game is centered around the DZ and thus, as long as this continues...the community here will never really be all that great. It don't help you have no good ingame social systems either. To many things wrong here, like bugs that have been around since launch. So all this leads to upset people. Just some thoughts...

Could we please make the skins not take up inventory. I always play my MMOs and focus more on cosmetics than actuall "best items". A preview option to view items before purchasing would be nice.

Issues I have:

1) Underground needs a diverse loot pool instead of weighted. Currently it's mostly blind/firecrest/new guns. You can get all this in the new incursion. I like this mode, I LOVE IT but the loot stinks for the effort needed. With all the sets and weapons, even if you boost drops it will still take months to get that perfect set. Hell, I got over 1k hours spent and I have not even come close to build ONE set let alone more. :S

2) All underground setting should have the potential to give 229/268. Make it rare, but not that rare. People will still do higher settings if it's balanced right. End result is people can grind a lot in HMs and maybe get an upgrade instead of no chance like right now.

3) Shotgunners are broken; they do crazy amounts of damage especially in close range. So much damage that they eclipse any other mob out there other than flamers who are also pretty OP even with EDR. It's cheap way to make things 'hard' imo.

4) Mob scaling in general: reg -> hm is fine. HM -> CM -> Heroic is not. Mobs need to scale better than this. It's really uneven.

5) Bad sets need buffing; firecrest and blind are both really terrible considering how this game actually plays. Remove 'on kill' and replace with something else. I suggest unique little buffs that can apply to you and or a team. Like Firecrest: X% chance to light enemies on fire, this fire can propogate. Enemies on fire take X% extra damage from all sources. Things like that, interesting bonuses other than useless ones.

6) A proper public light zone and or pve only DZ. I think you really need to admit this place fails at attracting people to play it other than a handful. Most people that play this game do it for the PvE, I know I do. I am not going into the current DZ, I refuse no matter how sweet the loot is. I will not be twitch stream/youtuber fodder like you want us to be. No thanks.

7) Guild/Clan system PLEASE. This right here is an intergal tool to build communities.

8) Proper global chat channels, currently it breaks people all into these seperate cells. Heck, BoO has channel limitations. This makes game a) feel deader than it already is b) incredibly frustrating to match with like minded players.

9) Better Match Making. I think you should take an MMO type mechanic where a player can designate what they are and then match people accordingly. ie. support/dps.

10) Take time out and just aggressively start cleaning up all the bugs, I mean I can understand fixing in a month or two but having bugs be around since launch 5+ months later? Stop, fix, and then build.

11) Please stop punishing soloers/making this harder and less rewarding for us...we are what 60% of the population? Yet every patch you make it harder and harder for soloers. Please stop. :S

12) A place to get tactitions other than FL/DZ. I am 40 and done many underground runs on top of this and never seen a single one. Rarest set ingame to me and it's really getting annoying. Will I have a 214 back pack forever? Looks like it. :S

There some thoughts that I hope are 'constructive'.

I think in regards to your #5, I think if BLIND had a chance or % to trigger a flashbang on headshot while using the BLIND Rifle(When it is released) would make BLIND much more useful, since majority of the time I noticed that killed enemies were rarely close enough to other enemies to make the flashbangs even useful. However, a lucky and skilled player could trigger well placed flashbangs on groups of mobs with headshots, thus helping with crowd control. Even something small like 5% chance to trigger would still be much more significant than "on kill"

In regards to #12, I have been quite fortunate to have gotten multiple Tactician pieces in 268 through UG and Weeklies. I agree though, these are very difficult to come by. I, myself, have only seen 1 piece of 268 Strikers since 1.3, and not a single piece of 268 Sentrys.

My question is: Is the Underground designed to be pitted up against LMB the majority of the time, or is this some sort of bug? I tend to go up against LMB about 95% of my Underground runs. I have one character that is about UG27, and another that is around UG15, and I think I have only encountered cleaner and riker enemies 2 or 3 times each during all my Underground runs. I would enjoy encountering Rikers, Cleaners, and Rioters more often, for more variety.

Thank you for the thread. I know you guys have been getting slammed with alot of harsh threads lately, so I hope this one helps "constructive" players voice their ideas and concerns.

Tactitions; HVTs only gives me LS and I have been doing them on two chars since they were put in game. UG; I am level 40 as I said and I do 5 directive/2 phase HM runs and never seen tactitions, hell not even Sents call. I do have 2 alts filled with blind/firecrest...NO shortage of those! I also manage to do Herioc underground a few times solo as well for same junk I get in HM. I guess if you in that pro group doing 3 directive runs it might be better but I have no such luxury, pugs don't do Heroic. Heck, pugs don't do CM. It's that bad.

Yep, had literally 7 or 8 full sets of blind/firecrest all 240 or lower despite playing challenge mode and heroic both. Even then, the full sets were all 214's lol. I have a 268 firecrest and it's literally only being used because stats wise I can't turn it down. The set bonuses on both blind and firecrest are LITERALLY useless. You're better off using reclaimer and the talent that has a chance to set enemies in a radius on fire if you want the effect from firecrest, except you know, not ♥♥♥♥.

Blind is totally pointless save for the 2 set bonus and even then only for low skill power builds, and EVEN THEN, only if someone isn't capping out the crit chance and crit damage in your party already. This set needs to be more team oriented or given a focus on inflicting MULTIPLE enemy debilitations depending on the skills the player uses to damage the enemy, and inflicted some NASTY side effects to them. You know, like an actual support -_- Seriously you guys have things like poison and bleed in the game but don't really ever use them, let blind have a go at it!

We need a way to influence the drops for sure, however I suggest it using directive intel that everyone in the group pools together for in order to set a category of item drops, ie , weapons, chest rig, backpack, braces, etc......This way you're GOING to get an item category that you want, but there's still ALL of the rolls associated with a normal item drop. The more people pitch in, the more specific you can get with your choices.

We need a gear set that's tailored to automatic weapons. There are WAY too many semi auto gear sets and what ONE tailored to automatic weapons, and even then it's not specifically tailored to it, it's just more logical to use them with that particular gear set. We need sets that increase the weapon variety you see in groups. Things like the SCAR L that drop ALL THE TIME in the underground ALWAYS get sold or deconstructed because of the horrible bloom effect on sustained fire. LMG's for the most part are ignored because they can't even out damage AR's in their effective ranges. Make sets tailored to the underdogs and you will see them used more. Make a set that really makes the shotguns shine, hell do the same for all the sets that don't have them, it'd make archetypes exist in the division since you don't have them due to the skill system being the way it is.

Also lower the phoenix credit costs on weapon rerolls. It's ridiculous how much you're charged for a currency that takes effectively 20 minutes to an hour depending on the player to make up for. Honestly you need to do away with phoenix credits being used in crafting at all. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that the best blueprints are behind a paywall that is constantly being screwed over because of SLIGHTLY off weapons that you want to make badass.

These skills are interesting but NEVER get used outside of the flashbang and smoke mine. They have a ton of interesting applications but are useless because they are ALL one shot in late game. This is why your variety is so thin after lvl 30 because we are being FORCED to use the min max just to be able to be effective at killing enemies before we get roflstomped. Lower the enemy scaling on heroic and challenge, and increase the skill power caps for those skills.

I agree with that sentiment, skill abilities shouldn't be limited in effectiveness for PVE content. I stand by my belief that if the only viable way you play game content is to run stats, abilities, gear and weapons the exact same way as everyone else and any other way just isn't viable, then you are doing something wrong with your content. A game like this should be all about player personal taste and skill not a one viable and required character build kind game.

Игра по себе нечего, но с тем что свои тебя убивают(тёмная зона) уже говорит о том что дополняшки к этой игре покупать смысла нет) Я бы сделал запрет на подобные вещи, а так одному там делать нехер. Играют очень мало в неё народ
