Where are the Combat Mission Rikers at?
embarrassed to say this but I'm having difficulty finding them. I've killed Rikers on the streets, in the Medical building on Hard mode and also in the Dark Zone. And the combat mission never updates... Anyone know where to go to find them? Thanks in advance!

The Rikers are convicts that wear orange jumpsuits with black coats. They're easily mixed up with the Cleaners.

If you wanna be sure, go play the Lexington Event Center mission.
