How do i fix romeo 20300116?

How do i fix this thing? It won't let me play online on any Uplay servers from Rainbow Six to The Division. Please help.

Try logging back in now. We had a brief Ubi Services maintenance, resulting in the Romeo error.

So i tried it and it's still telling me "Uplay PC needs to be online" and i hit okay and the game just closes so i can't play it. I did get the update earlier, but i don't think it fixed anything for me.

Ok, and you are definitely not running Uplay in offline mode, correct?

If you wouldn't mind, try reinstalling Uplay and then run as admin to be safe.

I was thinking that i might be running it in offline mode, because i think i saw something on reddit talk about offline mode, so i'll try to do this and we'll see if it works.
