Can I reset my career/progress?

1. Yes.
2. Why? It has no effect on your character UNLESS there's gear in the stash that'll mess up your GS bracket for the DZ.

you can delete the other character, but first stash all his good stuff so you can sell or use it. O_O

But if you want to start 100% fresh in all respects, you can delete all characters and start a new one.

Yes that's what i want to do but i'm afraid that it wont replay the tutorial and the getting started stuff

You can have up to 4 characters. Don't delete your main, start a new one.
