How do HVT missions work

1. What are the credits that you need to start HVT mission
2. How do you obtain them
3. After obtaining them how do you activate them?

Do you need to be a certain power level to start them?

1. Intel credits.
2. You obtain them at safehouses go to the info panel and activate the missions.
3. At Base of operations there are 2 guys next to dz vendors 1 for daily HVT and the other for weekly HVT you activate them there.
And you need to be lvl 30 and all missions done, i think!

how long does it take to collect enough to start the missions, and are there legendary drops?

Not too long you can do the missions to collect easely and fast to start doing HVTs.
Drops arent bad but only on weekly HVTs but the problem is you need a group to do them and theres no matchmarking for HVTs, i honestly dont care about them!
