Also funny how you use Fallout 4 as example, given the fact bethesda increased the price of their season pass before launching their first already planned DLC.
A bit of an old post but I'm having the same doubts. However, on the Ubisoft store, the exact description of the Season Pass is "Tom Clancy's The Division Season Pass grants you access to all three major expansions over the course of a year..."
So.... is it permanent, or a year? It's still confusing haha
