I have finished all waves 15 but cant unlock the secret quest

Any ideas about the reason?


Edit: One on the normal chat on the division says i need finish all now after the schield update.

But mean in one day or one session?Im little confused.

Requirements

You need to reach and complete wave 15 on each of the Resistance areas (Carrier, Pier 93, and Powerhouse) on World Tier 5. After completing wave 15 and moving on to 16 in each area, SHD 1 (Under Dossier, in the Evidence tab) will be available for you to pick at the Camp Clinton Safe House.

You need to collect all of the cellphones that are in the West Side Pier Area. After collecting all cellphones, SHD 2 will be available for pick up at the Camp Clinton Safe House.

You need at least 3 people to do the secret mission, 4 can also work.

You only need 1 person in your group with these requirements in order to continue with the mission.

About the phone already have done that.About the wave not unlock the mission in the evidence tab this is the problem.

I think need retry one mission(but i have finished all the 3 level) maybe because dont remember if is 15 or 16 level of wave.

Edit: I checked now is already over level 16 all waves.I have played all in tier 5.

Are you sure that you did them all on WT5? I'm asking because I had all the Wave 15s but then when I went back and did them all again I got the SHD 1. I think I might have done one of them on a lower WT.

Was going to make a thread but i'll just whine here. People doing runs to wave 13, then wiping on purpose... please consider that literally THOUSANDS of players still need this shield. This was a problem for me and i'm sure it's been a problem for others. If someone needs a shield, push on to wave 15, don't be that guy.
