game starts in windowed?

not sure why but recently my game starts up in windowed mode its not that big of an issue i just swap it to borderless everytime.

anyone know what part of the .ini i should change or if its even in the ini?

yh same happens to me just alt+tab as fast as u can and it wont crash.

Corrupted file, sometimes happens after update.

Go to C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games and delete the Tom Clancy's The Division folder.
Start the game and set back your config, the game will create a new folder.

edit: this will reset the key mapping to default
