Got mine in Underground this week (can't remember if it was a hunter or a boss or the Sacred cache). In fact I think almost every exotic I have came from Underground (which is odd given that my first impression was that the loot drops there were terrible).

It's pretty good for an SMG, but not as fun as the Big Alejandro (exotic LMG).

I have gotten at least 10 'The House' in DZ5 West contaminated zone next to DZ5 checkpoint. Keep returning and killing the named elite, one will eventually drop the house.
