Caduceus 1.4 location?

I have played close to 200 rounds of Amherst's apartments and no dice, is it not there still?

They removed the talent on caduceus which was coolheaded so now no point to search for it which what made it worth using. its useless now

If collection the reason then run incursions on hardest difficulty (heroic)its almost guranteed name drop for weapons as one of the rewards even tho it says "chance"
