What content are you missing? Have you checked the rewards vendor in the top portion of the base? Hes beside the armor/gun vendor
If you get it on the platform you don't have division on like having division on Uplay and buy DLC on steam it's won't work.
Have to be from same place to work.
The Division - Missing Season Pass content and Club rewards
We are aware of issues with missing Season Pass content in the free version of the game, and Club rewards not being available from the Rewards Claim Vendor.

Are they? Yeah, I notice the club rewards not working either. I didnt think I was drunk, when I noticed the 2 skins I claimed on rewards didnt show up.
