Classified Gear Set and Confusion

I have able to get S Call Gear set and Striker Gear set in GE 2 but whenever i apply all of the S Call gear set in my gear I am facing the following problems -

1. My gear score goes down from 283 - 277
2. I applied all 6 gear set but it is showing that 4 Talents are working and another 2 is not working ( i dont know why )

Another important thing is - I have heard that some new gears are coming up in April so is it necessary to build gear set now ( as something new is coming up )

Gear score number doesnt matter, all that matters is you have the stats you want and your build makes sense for what you are trying to do.

Make sure all peices are classified or it wont work.

No new gear is being release, just 2 new GE's and a GE rewards change where you get set specific caches instead if just "superior" and regular.

Let me inform you that all of my gear set are classified ( with green colour ) but it is showing that only 4 sets are active and the talent also and the another 2 talents I will get after 5th and 6th gear set where as I have included all of my 6 classified gear set .....here is my confusion.

there's regular gear set. then classified gear set. Classified gear sets have a folder icon on them, or when you click on them, the stat on the right says "classified gear set" instead of "gear set". You must have all 6 classified gear sets for the 5th and 6th bonus to work.

Okkkk... I got it now....Please inform me that GE event is gone now and where I will get this classified gear set .....

The current GE is for predator, nomad, banshee shadow, and D3-FNC but its about to end in a couple hours. https://tomclancy-thedivision.ubisoft.com/game/en-us/global-events/ has info on the GE's this month. The next update will add all class sets to the GE in class specific set caches

So after that is there any place where I should farm to get Striker Classified gear set ? Before GE 3

Resistance will be the best place.

You can get all of the sets there.
