All resistance is too low to be worth it and also won't work against Predator's Mark, you'll need Exotic Damage Resilience for that.
Theres not much i can really tell you other than use an AR and/or SMG instead of the showstopper and change some stam to firearms for a bit extra damage. The banshee set offers no real benifit that another set can offer better in pvp, and is probably less usful than a exotic/highend build in pve.
The current GE is rewarding pred, nomad, and D3 which are all fantastic sets, I would put on what ever high damangeing set you have and farm GE creds till you get atleast a nomad or predator set for pvp.
On banshee, 0 effectiveness, the set has no benifit from stamina at all. WIth sets like strikers or predator the set bonuses can build off of stam, or something like nomad stacking alot of health through stats and stam can benifit with its natrually high health on kill, over heal, and healing per second.
1) 3 Banshee, 3 Lonestar with 2LMGs of your choice. 7500 firearms is plenty, 5k stam, left over into electronics.
2) 5 Banshee, Specialized bag, 1LMG, SMG for PVP, AR for PVE.
3) 3 Banshee, 3 Predator, Dual ARs as this a PVE build.
Hopefully this helps.
