The changes in this config only tweak graphical settings and the amount of memory budget the engine uses disabling settings that have little to none visual impact to gain more frames

Just click on the youtube button on the vid he posted and it will open youtube on steam browser and there you can watch on fullscreen

From what i've experienced so far, it's doing great work. AMD FX8350 - GTX770 and i'm getting constant 100fps and the game still looks great

For the nvidia users there is a new nvidia driver for the division as well. i havent noticed any change using it but thought it was worth notingif you are outdated.

Any more people tested it and confirm the boost?? I'm about to buy this game next week and I'm aware of the fps drops it has. (Using a R9 280x + i5 4570)

It works, but the fps drops aren't as bad as people make them to be. Set your priority to high and get an application like CPUCores to have The Division be the only thing using the CPU, then unpark your cores. Doing those 3 things helped me a lot. GTX 770, AMD FX-8350. Running on high at constant 80 fps

Unfortunately the division can be a bit strange with optimization at times so you never really know what your results will be. I know a guy with a better pc than me by far but he cant seem to get good frames no matter what he does. my config fix helped him allot but he should be getting more frames than me but he isn't. results vary allot depending on your setup.

i tried many things to get it to run smoothly and this has been the only thing that gave me frame rates i was happy with.

i tried this didnt work if anything made the stutters worse for me. since patch 1.4 i suffered with frames dropping from 60 to 15 only for a second then back to 60. i fixed mine all i done was delete my graphics settings file in documents.
