Just a bit of info I ran across that some people might find interesting. This may already be well known, but I didnt see much current info beyond people stating 2018 due to the convergence of Friday Nov 23rd.

I ran across a billboard in game today that stated construction would be completed on a building renovation Summer 2032. The billboard was at the far end of a side street next to the UN on east 43rd st (though I assume its been reused elsewhere)

Black Friday was stated to have been on Nov 23rd, it came out in 2016 and there was some debate as to when it took place, people commonly thought 2018 was the nearest year with Friday the 23rd, but this states construction on a building will be done summer 2032. Now I know contractors can be slow but thats 14 years to renovate a building. It doesnt take 14 years to build a brand new building, let alone renovate one thats already standing.

Turns out 2029 also has Nov 23rd on a Friday which would be MUCH closer to the time line stated in the billboard (and the closest Friday the 23rd) Would explain some of the tech showing up in D2.
