Can't even finish tutorial!

I am experiencing a bug where I am unable to comple the tutorial. I take cover and shoot the highlighted target but it doesn't count?? Help?

So I just skipped the issue part and went to safehouse. I can't run or press 'f' so after I arrived at safehouse I log-out my character. I finished prologue, now I'm moving to next stage lol.

Logging out allowed you to run and press F?

This game is extremely buggy, even though you can do the workaround, all my missions are bugging, so I relog then I can't run. Gonna wait for a patch

yeap but if you press 'space' to hide yourself, the issue happens again...

After you access to Manhattan, the issue disappears. Did you tried?

me too. 야 튜토리얼 캐릭터 얼굴 꾸미고 엄폐물에 기대서 총쏘라는데 타겟을 가루를 내고 900발 탄창 다 비울때까지 쓰레기통 위에 있는거 전부 벌집 만들어놔도 다음으로 안넘어가게 만들어놨네. 8500원이라길래 함 해볼라 했더니만 이게 뭐니. 빨리 버그 패치 하던가 내 환불요청 받아주던가 둘중 하나 빨리 해라.

A buddy is broke LOL. Only getting into the division now because of the sale.

Ah I see. I made a new character a few days ago so I wasn't sure. The instructions aren't always straight forward.
