Is The Last stand dead?

I bought the base game and love it so far at current price so I bought some Skin packs as well. Now I'm wondering about getting 2 of the 3 dlcs.
I can't decide if I should get Survival or The Last Stand.
Can the old veterans help me out?

Last stand you can come across strifers and mouse with macros so if u are ok with semi-cheating pvp... and besides is normalize to 256 gear score...

Survival on the other hand is a nice experience, tense and thrilling; almost like a different game inside The division. You can choose pvp or pve on survival. I suggest pve because of what i've mentioned above.

The Underground is a very good pve mode, recently upgrade. A very fun way to get loot without having to do the repetitive missions. Now it has checkpoints, differents ways of playing it with modifiers and the tension of the random hunters enemies. Is a good pve experience , yes.

Yes, if u just want to choose only 2, then definitely Underground & Survival. But if you want core pvp as well, then i suggest getting the season pass like i mentioned in your other post.

And yes, you would face strifers & hackers like in any other game but here it's lot. Yet not all the time, because the player base is reduced. I usually quit the match when i find hackers and join a different session or join a friend from a different country. But im okay with strifers a bit because that makes the win a bit difficult. Im not a pvp player, so i cant say much about it. Still its upto you, because if you have it in your library, you can try it out anytime with your friends.

Season pass will be a loss for me as I have already bought some skins separately. Buying the season pass again won't be beneficial for me.
