side-mission bug

im at southpaw safe house with everything completed in that area and the side-mission "reutrn to safehouse" being there too still doesnt let me complete it

You have to complete all side missions and encounters in the area first.
Some multi-part missions have parts in other areas that needs to be completed before the "return to..." mission can be completed.

You only need to complete all missions in the Southpaw area of the safehouse. The same thing has to be done for each safehouse

the issue is i completed everything in the area and the turn-in mission is there but when i walk up it doesnt give me an option to talk
sad thing it has a good blueprint

Hey, Lt.spooktical, I'll pass this along on my end. My only guess is that there might be some confusion with the World Tier but you can try looking on our forums for another player's workaround.
