Chelsea Contaminated Area locked door

Can´t seem to be able to open the door in the Chelsea Contaminated area, the one that is located in the apartment complex. I get there use a lockpick and puff the lockpick is gone and the door stays shut. Already did the same 3 times... I´m probably a dumbass that can´t open door (pretty sure this is the right one) or maybe the game just doesn´t like me... I want that damned specialized gear I can see on the map. QQ

Now there are two dumbasses as I cannot get the door open and used three lock pics while trying.

I opened up a new case to notify Ubisoft but I'm not holding my breath for the fix.

I think that is part of a side mission. If so it won't open until you have that mission selected.

Getting there originally was. I had no lock picks at the first time around and decided to go back after acquiring some. Now it even shows on the map as locked door but it's impossible to open it anymore. All it does, is eat up a lock pick.
To add here I tried another door in the map that showed up as locked and the door opened no problem.

Last time i played the game it worked fine, but anyways the only thing you can loot inside is a random blue loot + some ammo and a consumer loot.
you will find better gear anywhere else. save your keys and playing hours for another door thats works.
