Rewards clam vendor bug?

So I bought the division yesterday and i got couple hours on it.. now i heard there a rewards claim so i tried to claim a reward and it says i got none so it makes no sense cause my friend had a lot of rewards worth ♥♥♥♥ ton of money and he keep getting them... explaination whats going on please?

I know there are quite a few uplay rewards that need to be claimed/ purchased with those uplay token things before you can claim them in The Division (as well as some free ones). Did you try that first?

There are some tabs in the top right when talking to the claims vendor. I forgot what they are called but some of the rewards arnt in the default tab.
