Where do I claim my Reactivation Cache ?
The guy at the main base only have me a sneezing emote, no other reward

Check again the Reward Vendor, and click the "Resource" tab top right. By default, you're in the "Redeem" tab. Second is "Sell", third is "Resource", where the Reactivation Caches are.

Yeah he only gave me the emote. Is the cache for level 30 only? I am thinking thats the reson, I am only level 23 atm

Odd, I got the email but nothing but a sneeze emote was at the reward vendor for me. Guess I am SOL. Thanks for the info and reply.

my email says I had until the 19ths, which is today, but I aint worried, not a big deal

I also posted this yesterday and tried claiming it yesterday and the night before.

claim it that big base where are med,tec and sec wings right side for gear vendor there you get lvl 30 stuff even lvl 1 only cant use them before lvl 30

Yeah, but all he gave me was a sneezing emote, thats the problem, I didnt get any cache

maybee you claimed it, and it's already in your inventory. You have to open your items cache from there. you suppose to have around 4 or 5 boxes to open. Unless you alreadyu claim them in the pas, and don,t remember, that you already claim them.

I didnt see it, but I am only level 23, so maybe thats why. Still put a ticket in, hopefully Ubi can confirm I got it or not.

me, I will guess, you already claim them, and sell the stuff without noticing what you where doing. :)

Not possible. I reinstalled the game when I got the email, and ive not sold anything since reinstalling. But good thought.

Did you check the other tabs at the Reward Vendor? There's 3 of them. Top right of the window.
