change server region from europe to america

is it possible ?
europe seems hardcore dead to american servers.
everytime i join a friend, the region chat is full of people that look for groups / or talk about daily life, yet when i stay on my region, the chat is flat out dead.

You can change to a "better" server from the group menu (that's what the option says). Although mine's always greyed out and I haven't been able to change the server that I get put on. I've tried to change server a couple times when the russian hackers start to spam the chat with illegal adverts.
