The House Talents Dilemma

Last night, I was dropped with a pretty good score of 284 with The House however, I got a talent of Self-preserved and Determined.

I don't know if I should keep the talents or roll one of it since they are pretty good to me.

Depends on what you want to use it for. For pvp or even pve, self preserved is nice since you natrually crit alot with SMG and any incoming healing is very nice. Determined how ever is pretty much usless for pvp, you arnt getting enough kills for it to be viable. In a skill power build such as tach or reclaimer, it can be handy for lowering the coold down on skills. It can also be useful for solo pve, but personally i would take something like destructive or ferocious over it.

Maybe replace Determined with Deadly. I have Hurried and Deadly on mine does great.

Determined is so good for pve but getting enough firearms and electronics to run it hinders your build too much to be worth it (unless in 3rd slot). But since you can’t change the 3rd slot on the house, I would change determined for deadly like micmax said.
