Hold to sprint
How do you change sprint from toggle to hold?

Whilst moving, press shift equals constant sprint. Pressing shift again with diable it.
Took me a bit to wrap my head around as Im used to holding shift to sprint, so im sure youll get there.

Theres a option in settings menu to change it from toggle to hold

X key to toggle on auto run/walk. You can hit shift to run or walk without turning off auto run/walk.
