very good talents to have. I have a house with those talents and it works very well
Unforgiving is too situational to be considered top tier for PvE. PvP I would agree but not so much in PvE.
Destructive is very good, however, it's additive while responsive is multiplicative. (destructive is still top tier for PvE)
With the increased crit hit chance from smgs, deadly is quite a complement to the weapon.
To be fair, the house is a good close range weapon, you could have just about any talents and it would do well but my go to talents are deadly and responsive on a House.
I will admit though that I much prefer a LWM4 over a house any day because of the lack of range the house offers and at close range, the 2 weapons are almost on par. The difference is too insignificant for it to be considered better with it's lack of range.
Deadly and responsive (or unforgiving) for PvP.
PVE -
D3 - Responsive, Destructive
Striker - Destructive, Predatory (stacks with striker healing)
Nomad - Sustained, predatory
Predator - Deadly, Destructive
These are combos I run and of course some may not agree with me which is fine.
