PvP Tips for a Newbie
Okay I just tallied my 9th day playing the game today. I’ve tried PvP-ing in the DZ and tried Last Stand and Skirmish too and in the first 9 days of me playing the game, I’ve only been able to kill just 7 or 9 players all in all. 3 from DZ (I was able to kill those 3 bec I was in a party) and 4 from Last Stand and I think I added 2 from Skirmish. The problem however, is that the amount of kills cannot compensate for the amount of times I was killed and manhandled by other players in DZ or even in Last Stand or Skirmish. It’s like I can’t even compete with them if I’m alone. Now, I’m turning to the community to ask: How do I get better? Is there a manuever (like firing whilst moving left and right) which I can use? What talents or skills does my character need to have?

Both my PvE and PvP weapons are Lightweight M4 with PvE M4 having Ferocious and Destructive talents and the PvP M4 having the 2 talent that add 10% damage while having a 3 health segments and the talent that gives you 10% damage with 2 health segments and 25% damage with only 1 health segment remaining.

My gear score is 277 with 4 Piece Striker

Please reply or give me the best advice you could give me because I’m trying to dedicate my January-gaming for this game lol

Thanks in advance fellow agents!!

The game has a low skill ceiling, it's all about gear. You're not going to outshoot someone and win like in Quake or Dirty Bomb. If you need advice, I'd suggest MarcoStyleNL on Youtube. He has some videos on what he thinks is best in slot for weapons and armor.

lightwheight m4 is a good ar, but you need to upgrade to a lvoa-c.
it has better stats and more damage per bullets.
by the way what is the mod focus on your build?
What do you mean better stats? Like higher base RPM and bigger mags and higher armor damage?

More stabilitty, more bullet damage, faster reload, better accuracy.
in short lightwight m4 is a lightweight version of lvoa-c but with less effective stats.
But if you prefer a light weight m4 its fine, im just saying that lvoa-c is a better version that can do the same and better.
Okay, I'm gonna try a LVOA-C. Any ideas where can I get the blueprint for it?
I'm using a LVOA-C right now. Mind if I ask what's your M4 for? Is it PvE or PvP?
The talents define if its for PVE or PVP.

Exactly the same gun one looks different that's about it.
Recoil and reticle is the same.

What talents define a gun for PvE and PvP?
well, some talents simply does nothing in pvp, for example ferocious (damage to elites and named), destructive (armor damage), so you dont want to have them in pvp. Good pvp talents i would say are: responsive, brutal, deadly (very good for SMG, because embedded 20%+ crit chance). Assault rifles consideres as bad choice for pvp, because their embedded stat is -- armor damage.

Here list of talents for 1.7 (i guess its same for 1.8 or almost the same) --- http://i.imgur.com/cnH1AB3.png
