The people in there have the best gear but the devs make it so you get the best drops in there where they don't need it. So low levels are just herded in like sheep to the slaughter.
The only way to make the devs do something different is to not go to the DZ at all. If the devs see that people get slaughtered and never go back they will do something. If you just go back in there they have no reason to change it.
tldr stay out of the DZ until they fix it.
I’d have to agree that staying out would probably be the best option at this point, since it seems I can’t even walk .1km without being chased by one of them.
I feel like just locking off the lower level parts of the Dark Zone once you’ve reached a certain Dark Zone level would be better.
Why does it have to be hard? Surely that is a fairly simple change for the devs to make?
Players love to have choices, give them another one!! :)
My idea still stands that once you reach a certain DZ level, maybe 50, It locks you from going Rogue in the level 14-18 DZ areas.
Had to check since your asking the question, but I doubt you enter the DZ much with only 20hrs of playtime. I didn't enter DZ until after some decent PvP gear and a teammate helping to boost my character to lvl 30.
Also try a different time of the day, afternoons in my time zone seems to be the most active in terms of people going rougue for the thrill.
But when I come back and just see everyone running away from 1 level 99 Rogue thats just killing everyone for sport with their extremely powerful gear, it's a bit stupid. And when I do leave, I try to come back and there are more level 99 Rogues camping checkpoints, so I have no choice but to leave.
I've played the game enough, hours don't matter if you have enough skill (unless its maybe less than 10). And, once again, I also see others that are my level just being killed by these people, and it makes it unplayable for not just me. And just so you get a grasp, most of the hours are in the DZ (maybe an estimated 7 or 8 hours outside).
Besides, I think almost a full day worth of gaming is enough to know the problem, especially when its not just me encountering these types of people.
If you have better PvP gear, skills etc, then you will beat people regardless of their dark zone level.
The Dark Zone is a PvP zone. Complaning that people are PvPing at a higher function than what you can handle is a personal problem. Roam in groups, and most of the problems complained here will be solved.
The game has been out for a year, expecting you can walk into the Dark Zone with 10-25 hours in the game and be on equal grounds with everyone is insane. There is plenty of PvE stuff now that is actually better to farm for better gear than the Dark Zone.
The complaint that your being spawn camp in the DZ is silly, You can teleport to different checkpoints or better yet change servers.
You should be making threads asking for people to group up or help you in the DZ instead of complaining about a aspect in the game that is in the best state it has been since release.
