Cannons are pretty much a PITA in a group because the rest of the group have to so tangly revive them taking valuable time away from killing enemies.
Being a self sufficient team member is best until your into the serious fights where teams have to work together or else
1. Why are you using 5 pieces from a regular Strikers set? Switch out one piece for another set and slot in the appropriate chest piece to activate the two set bonus from a different set.
2. It's a little hard to tell from the opaqueness of the UI, but are both the talents on your assault rifle inactive? Might want to re-roll those or switch out the weapon if that is the case.
3. Your gear seems to lean heavily towards firearms, which is fine if you don't use skills or take a lot of damage. Otherwise you might want to re-roll/mod for stamina/electronics, depending on which of the two are holding you back.
4. Going for a balanced build is only worth it if you are playing the game in a balanced way. That means using skills, guns and cover to reduce damage in equal measure. Put together a build that caters to your play style and you'll have a lot more fun.
