Camp Clinton
I am confused Camp Clinton is in a 12-15 level zone but I can't enter. It says requires World Tier 1. Isn't that for level 30?

No.
Its a bit confusing because Camp Clinton is fairly close to the Low lvl Zone.
But its actually in a lvl 30 zone :)

And this lvl 30 zone cant be entered befire your lvl 30.

After your lvl 30 and can actually enter the zone.
You.ll find Camp Clinton itself right after the entrance to the Zone.


The Reason its there is because the entire 2 zones were added later to the Game :)
Due to that these 2 lvl 30 zones are somewhat inside the 12-17 areas :)

no, it is in a completely new zone. and yes, you have to be level 30 to enter it.

No.
