I just bought the game and when i log in i get this error "The Division services are not available DELTA C1-198"

WHAT TO DO AND HOW CAN I FIX IT?

Well, maybe the server was down? That's what I get when the server is down.

uhmm just trying to play the game first time today since yesterday and I am getting strange crashes.

1) launch the game and at the splash screen CTD

2) launch again and got a windows dialog box that says

Error: File Corrupted! This program has been manipulated and maybe it's infected by a virus or cracked! This file wont work anymore.

ok I run file cache chek but nothing pops up

3) I try again and game launch but I cant connect, after time out I try again and it connects, I enter the game and bam after 1 min CTD

4) restart PC and launch game but at the splash screen CTD

I am baffled, in the last two weeks since I bought never had any crash.

exit uplay, exit steam,close browser, Run CMD as administrator,
type:
netsh advfirewall reset - Enter
netsh int ip reset - Enter
netsh int ipv4 reset - Enter
netsh int ipv6 reset - Enter
netsh winsock reset - Enter
ipconfig /flushdns - Enter
Then restart computer.
