for a while and start download again but still I have to download almost 37GB
Here what I've done
-Copy the whole Tom's Clancy The Division folder from Uplay to steam library
-install from steam (clean install) and let it discover files this could take a while
-after finish navigate to the game in steam folder and delete "uplay_install.manifest" and "uplay_install.state" (thanks to forum member)
-uninstall Uplay (if you have it installed like me)
-re install Uplay and no need to log in
-hit play from steam and boom it's working now
I hope this help to whoever run into same problem
"uplay_install.manifest" and "uplay_install.state" deleted those 2 files and the game started right without losing my all progress with my old character without uninstalling uplay (since i have more games intsalled too).
I had the base game , but i just bought the gold edition on steam, i didnt want to download twice the game (it was doing this), so yeah, only delete those 2 files.
