Rewards Claim Vendor?

Bought the Gold Edition, and got some items from the Rewards Section of the Ubi club. Trying to find where said vendor after the chapter where your plane gets bombed and the Asian girl gets really injured.

The hub doesn't have it but 2 vendors. Any help guys?

you need to complete the base mission. Once you finish that there is a vendor inside under the stairs center building to redeem everything.

The rewards vendor is in your base of operations in Manhattan, which you have to establish first. Do the mission where you free a post office, this will create your base of operations there. Then go straight forward in the middle hall, you'll find the rewards vendor to the left of the stairs down to the terminal.

The game likes to confuse players with messages like "go fetch your rewards!" long before you actually have an opportunity of doing so. ;)
