Yes it includes the first DLC " The underground " the second " Survival " and the third " The last stand " - which will be released early next year

Yes it is playable as solo player.
Just be careful when you try to extract and other players are also doing it.
That spawns too many enemies.

Survival is actually easier solo. If you group up with someone, you have added security - yes... But you also need to find twice as much components.

That just means they'll have to kill their hunters as well. Use DZ02 - easiest place to deal with hunters.

I don't think you have to re-download it. It should be the " real " game then :)

As long as you don't uninstall the game you won't have to re-download it.

You can enter survival as soon as you unlock your headquarter as far as I remember.
There is no gear or level limit but you should know the mechanics of this game very well or else it will be extreme difficult. ( I mean crafting gear and using the cover system )
