THis game is TPP and so it should not show you on screen stuff but anyway, it's ok, it's extremely techno distopic so you supposed to use HUD and I will maybe limit or make it fade away in part.
I saw some videos showing how to do this from the settings of this game and also suggesting how to have a more realistic night effect.
However I wish game design took account of immersion instead to Feed Information that are just for scared people, fearing to lose control. Leaving freedom of choice in options is ok but the game needs to be showing that extra work that devs have done to design the experience for no HUD or immersion players.
Often I have seen down played the "immersion mode" to a very low level experience, "immersion" just being a title used as unfortunately click bait (the only thing is that they make you buy something and create bias so you click to purchase!). The waste of time starts when we have to inform ourselves running through jungles of spoilers and more trash opinions to try to cut through the wall of bias smoke ...
This is a video with tips i found 1 year ago...

I will play witcher 3 with no HUD... i never played it. Yeah.. I mean the story of the minimap is the minimum... just think about games that today ask you to reach every single point with that widget\icon on screen. I don't do that ever anymore...
