Stupid question but how does one actually access survival mode..

Just got the game and beat what seemed to be the tutorial and got to hudson camp, and I for the life of me can't find any way to actually get into the survival mode I bought the DLC for. I'm probably blind and stupid and missing something obvious but, help?

Im not sure u can play that expansion without even play the game itself...I mean,u have a long way to lvl 30 and the get capable gear to play alost anything in game yet....do the story ( lol ) first

survival is supposed to be everyone starts at level 1 though and reset and all of that though, so I assumed you could play it right out the door? it sounded like a standalone thing, wouldn't make sense to have to be max level to play something that resets everyones stats I would think..?

One thing man, i recommend you get to know game mechanics first before joining either PVP or PVE mode of the survival DLC.

Theres a lot of things, skills, crafting things etc that you need to know to be able to stay alive in survival, which the mode doesnt tell you about.

in PVP, you might get your ass handed to you quite fast if you dont know the map of new york well/ havent had time to adjust to the game mechanics and how skills work, and how to "optimize" your current gear against enemies.
