Division says Uplay not installed?? Please help.

First let me tell you how I even got to this problem.

When I installed Uplay and division everything went smoothly, no errors. I made an account and signed in. Then I started the game but now the game crashed and uplay launcher crashed.
It had B-E-X-64 event name for all the crashes but it said that overlay64.dll and uplay_r164.dll was causing an issue.

So after much experimentation I could make the game start by re-naming the uplay_r164.dll to uplay_r164.dll.old .

After doing this the game started and gave me connecting message, followed by start and quit screen. For which I selected start then it gave me an error screen.

Error screen is liek this:-
Uplay PC is not currently installed. Your game needs access to some Uplay services. You can download the Uplay PC installer from club.ubi.com.

Before anyone tells me I shold let you know I have already unistalled the uplay and re-installed a fresh one form the site itself. Still I get this issue.
I really need help on this guys.
